If you are using Facebook to engage your customers, go for quality of information rather than quantity. Do not just share content to do it. What you share should be of real value or interest to other people. Write about things people will be interested in reading. Avoid posting worthless quizzes or anything that could be perceived as spam.
Sometimes it is beneficial to follow the individuals who follow your company's Twitter page. You are not too powerful to be friends with your followers.
