Your body gives you signals when it needs to rest. Trainers will advise you to only break in between a set. Listen to your body. No trainer exists who can give you better information than your own body can. When your body tells you it's time to rest, pay attention. You may otherwise be putting yourself at risk for injury.
Treat yourself! You should set both long term and short term goals, and as you accomplish these goals, give yourself a reward. This is a great motivational factor and helps
