Your workout should leave you feeling exhilirated but not exhausted. To be effective, your workout should involve cardiovascular exercises like aerobics or running. You can also add strength training with different muscle groups if you feel you have the energy to do this.
Incorporate sit-ups into each set of crunches. Sit-ups have been getting a bad reputation of late. The only thing you should avoid is anchored-feet sit-ups. This form of sit-ups is still not good for your back.
