Playing with your children outdoors can be a highly enjoyable way to get some exercise. Play tag, go bicycle riding or take a hike. Just be active and get in a decent cardiovascular exercise. Bring your children along so they get some physical activity as well.
Be sure to do barbell squats when you are exercising if you desire a more muscular build. Squats are a great way to build up your core muscles and add to your overall mass.
